Subaru recently announced their commitment to partner with the National Forest Foundation to replant one million trees by 2022 to help revitalize and replenish forests destroyed by wildfire. Subaru first launched the Subaru Re-Foresting Project in 2019 to help replant the trees lost in California wildfires, and now the project is expanding to Oregon, Washington, and Idaho to help make the greatest positive impact.

Subaru Loves the Earth

The Subaru Re-Foresting Project and the partnership with the National Forest Foundation is a part of the Subaru Loves the Earth initiative, which focuses on protecting nature and the wonders that the Earth offers. A large part of that initiative is rooted in helping to restore what has been lost to the fierce indifference of the wildfires that continue to devastate our forests.

The expansion of the Subaru Re-Foresting Project carries with it the hope that some of the damage can be undone so that our national forests and public lands may be revitalized and protected. As your local Subaru dealer in Knoxville, TN, we're honored to be a part of a greater group that is working so hard to protect our planet's natural resources and rebuild what we've lost.
